Do you have the proper foot wear to start off your Doc’s DASH training journey?

Here are our top five tips at Varsity Sports:

  1. Make sure your footwear suits your unique, individual biomechanic type.
  2. Get the correct fit. Typically you will need to size a half-to-a full size up from your casual shoe.
  3. Invest in a specialty shoe designed for walking or running.
  4. Step in comfort – an instant first impression often indicates a good match. 5. Buy a moisture wicking pair of socks to go with your shoes.
